Paresh is an alumnus of Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics, Vile Parle, Mumbai. Immediately after college, Paresh started searching for a job.

The couple has two sons Aditya and Anirudh.

Played villain roles in the beginning of his career
Paresh started his film career with the Gujarati film, ‘Naseeb Ni Balihari’ (1982). Her first Hindi film was Aamir Khan-Mira Nair’s Holi (1984). Paresh started getting recognition after working in Sunny Deol’s film Arjun (1985). After this, Paresh made a lot of headlines in the role of villain in Sanjay Dutt’s film Naam (1986). Over the next few years, Paresh continued to play the main villain, grey-shaded character or the villain’s side-kick in films like Dacoit, Kabza, Ram Lakhan, Swarg, Zulm Ki Hukumat and Damini. After this he again reprized this character in Hera Pheri (2006), and he will be seen reprising this character in Hera Pheri 3 as well. There was a good rapport between Paresh and Priyadarshan and they gave many comedy hits. He starred in the social comedy ‘OMG: Oh My God’ Also worked in ‘Table No. 21’ Played a grey-shaded character.
