Ingredients for making roti samosa
Bread – 4
Potatoes boiled – 2-3
Gram flour – 3 tsp
Green chili chopped – 2
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Kalonji – 1/2 tsp
Green coriander leaves – 2-3 tbsp
Oil – for frying
salt – as per taste

Roti Samosa Recipe
To make roti samosa, first boil the potatoes. After this, peel off the potatoes and mash the potatoes well in a vessel. After this, put 1-2 spoons of oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, add fennel seeds and green chilies and fry for a few seconds. After this, put the mashed potatoes in the pan and fry them while stirring with the help of a spoon. Fry the potatoes for about 1 minute.

Now add garam masala, red chili powder and salt as per taste to the potato mixture and mix well. Now put green coriander leaves on top and mix. The mixture for filling in samosa is ready. Now put gram flour in a small bowl and prepare a thick batter by adding little water to it. After this, take rotis and with the help of a knife, cut them from the middle into two pieces.
Now take a piece of roti and shape it into a cone with your hands. After this, fill the prepared potato mixture in the cone and then press it giving the shape of a samosa. Apply gram flour batter on the edges of the roti and press it well with your hand. Similarly prepare all the samosas.

Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, put the prepared roti samosa in it and deep fry it. Keep the flame low while frying the samosas.
