LLB
In LLB, Bachelor of Law, only advocacy is studied completely. You can choose this course after graduation from any stream. This course can be completed in three years. For this, if we talk about top colleges, then one will have to pass the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT). Only then you can get admission in any National Law University.
After doing LLB course, you will have to become a lawyer by appearing for All India Bar Exam. Those who pass the examination get the right by the Bar Council of India that lawyers can go to any court in the country and practice law. BA LLB
After passing 12th, one can do BA LLB course at graduation level. This is a 5 year integrated exam. In this, along with advocacy, you can also study subjects like history, geography, economics, sociology, political science and Hindi or English. BA LLB course is more in demand these days as compared to LLB. This is the reason why Central Universities are also now offering 5 year BA LLB course at low fees.
If we talk about getting a job first, then after doing BA LLB course, there are chances of getting a job quickly. By doing BA LLB course you get one more year. During this time you can prepare for AIBE exam or appear in the exam. Most of the private firms also give preference to BA LLB candidates for the post of Legal Consultant.
