Congress can contest the Lok Sabha elections by forming an alliance in the country’s capital Delhi and Uttar Pradesh. According to Congress sources, talks are going on between Aam Aadmi Party and Congress on seat sharing in Delhi. AAP and Congress are working on the formula of four and three for Delhi.
At the same time, an alliance can be made with Samajwadi Party in Uttar Pradesh. The final decision on seat sharing in Uttar Pradesh will be taken after talks between the top leadership of both Congress and SP. According to Congress sources, till now 13 seats have been identified for the Congress party in UP.
