Lok Sabha Phase 6 Voting Live: Today is the sixth phase of voting for the Lok Sabha elections 2024, Saturday (May 25, 2024). Voting will start shortly on a total of 58 seats in eight states and union territories. Voting will start at exactly 7 am and will continue till 6 pm. In this phase, voting is going to be held on 14 seats in Uttar Pradesh, 10 in Haryana, eight each in West Bengal and Bihar, seven in Bihar, six in Odisha, four in Jharkhand and one in Jammu and Kashmir.
The major candidates in the sixth phase of the general elections include Maneka Gandhi, Dinesh Lal Yadav ‘Nirahua’, Jagdambika Pal, Praveen Kumar Nishad, Kripashankar Singh and Neelam Sonkar from BJP in UP. Talking about the important candidates of Samajwadi Party (SP), they include Dharmendra Yadav, SP Singh Patel, Babu Singh Kushwaha etc., while from Congress, Ujjwal Revati Raman Singh’s name is among such candidates. Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) candidates Shyam Singh Yadav and Kripa Shankar Saroj are also the major candidates of the party.
