Lok Sabha Election 2024 3rd Phase: Lok Sabha Elections Voting for the third phase of 2024 is to be held on May 7, 2024. In this phase, voting will be held for 95 Lok Sabha seats in 12 states and union territories, while the fate of 1351 candidates will be at stake. Voting will be held for all the 25 seats of Gujarat in this phase and in this phase of general elections, voting will be done for many seats of Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar and Karnataka.
After the death of the BSP candidate from Betul in Madhya Pradesh, the elections were canceled there. However, the Election Commission decided to conduct voting for this seat in the third phase, whereas BJP candidate Mukesh Dalal has won the election unopposed from Surat seat of Gujarat and a total of 2963 candidates had filled the forms in this phase, but after scrutiny. This reduced to only 1563 candidates, out of which 1351 candidates are left after withdrawal of nominations.
