Police registered FIR against Madhavi Lata
However, as soon as the video of BJP candidate Madhavi Lata surfaced, a case was registered against her in Malakpet police station. Meanwhile, the police has registered a case against the BJP candidate under sections 171C, 186, 505(1)(C) of the Indian Penal Code and section 132 of the Representation of the People Act.
