Meanwhile, Manoj Tiwari, BJP candidate from North East Delhi, said, “It is a matter of pride for our region that Narendra Modi, who is a global leader, is coming to guide us. “The people of the area are very excited to see their popular PM and everyone wants to see and hear him closely, so the rally will be historic, for which Delhi BJP has made elaborate arrangements.”

Ajay Mahawar, BJP MLA from Delhi’s Ghonda seat, said, “The PM is coming to address a rally for the first time in Ghonda assembly constituency at DDA Ground, Yamuna Khadar on Saturday at 4 pm. He will seek votes from the people for Manoj Tiwari, who has become a candidate for the third time from North East Delhi constituency.

Tight security arrangements have been made in view of PM Modi’s rally at DDA ground. According to media reports, four-layer security of SPG, Delhi Police’s security wing and local police will be present during PM Modi’s rally. Not only this, about 2000 policemen will be deployed to manage the crowd and maintain traffic system at and around the rally site. The rally site and its surrounding areas have been scanned. Apart from this, sniffer dogs and bomb squad team will do the scanning before the rally on Saturday.

Rahul Gandhi’s public meeting in Ashok Vihar

Meanwhile, Delhi Congress leader Anil Bhardwaj said that Rahul Gandhi will address a huge public meeting for Congress candidates of India Block at Ramlila Maidan near Ashok Vihar Sports Complex on Saturday evening at 6 pm.
