Bareilly in Uttar Pradesh is also called Nath city because it is covered with ancient Nath temples. Bharatiya Janata Party had won from here in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections. This time BJP has canceled the ticket of Santosh Gangwar and has made Chhatrapal Singh Gangwar its candidate. Whereas former SP MP Praveen Singh Aaran is contesting the elections. BSP has given ticket to Chhotalal Gangwar.
What do the voters of Bareilly and especially the youth think about the government and the candidates of their Lok Sabha constituency, what are their issues and aspirations, what do the leaders and candidates have to say on the issues of the voters, on what issues are they contesting the elections? To know the answers to all these questions, Amar Ujala’s election chariot ‘Satta Ka Sangram’ reached Bareilly on Saturday. The program started with a discussion over morning tea. During the discussion over tea at Om Tea Stall in front of Bishop Inter College in Civil Lines, the people of the city expressed their opinion openly. Some described the law and order situation as better while others raised the issue of expensive education and employment.
Hanif raised the issue of employment. Said that no work has been done regarding employment in Bareilly. The country cannot progress if people remain unemployed. No one gets fed in the name of Ram or Allah. The youth want jobs, which are not available.
