Keeping this in view, the candidates of NDA and Grand Alliance filed their nominations today. Former NDA Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi filed nomination from Gaya Lok Sabha seat, while former minister cum Bodhgaya MLA Kumar Sarvjeet from Grand Alliance filed nomination. Senior leaders of NDA and Grand Alliance have arrived in support of their respective contenders.

Gaya’s high profile seat, former NDA Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi reached the collectorate and filed his nomination. Many stalwarts including Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary, LJP Ram Vilas supremo Chirag Paswan, Minister Dr. Prem Kumar, Minister Mangal Pandey, Dr. Sanjay Jaiswal, MLC Jeevesh Mishra, former MLC Mahachandra Singh, Minister Santosh Suman were present at the meeting venue in support of former Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi. Leaders are joining.

Whereas Grand Alliance candidate, former minister cum Bodhgaya MLA Kumar Sarvjeet filed his nomination papers. Before this he went to Shri Jagannath Temple and offered prayers there. During this, many senior leaders including former RJD minister Dr. Surendra Prasad Yadav participated. While NDA’s meeting will be held at Gandhi Maidan, Grand Alliance’s meeting will be held at Gaya College Sports Complex. Where veteran leaders of both the parties will gather. It is known that till now 15 NR have been deducted. In this, three people have filed nomination papers. First of all, People’s Party of India Democratic candidate Arun Kumar has filed his nomination. Last Monday, two independent candidates Chandan Kumar of Wazirganj and Ranu Kumar Chaudhary of Kujapi filed their nomination papers.
