Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge addressed a joint press conference with SP President Akhilesh Yadav in Lucknow. He started his address by giving information about his political life.
He said that till now four phases of elections have been held. India alliance is far ahead. The public has decided to bid farewell to Narendra Modi. Said that this election is a battle of ideology. On one side there are those people who are fighting for the rich few using religion and on the other side there are those people who are fighting for the poor and youth of the country. He said that this fight is a fight to save reservation and the Constitution. This election is to save the future of the country and the Constitution. Reservation will also survive only if the Constitution survives.
He said that people’s right to vote will also not be protected in a dictatorship. BJP people are intimidating the candidates and not allowing them to file nominations. In Hyderabad, BJP candidate is trying to remove the burqa of Muslim women. Even booth level workers are being intimidated. Despite all this, India alliance is ahead. BJP is far behind.
Kharge also referred to the statement of RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat and said that he had talked about changing the Constitution. Many BJP leaders keep talking about changing the Constitution but Modi never refuses all these people.
Caste census is our agenda
The Congress President said that we will conduct caste census when we come to power. This will give an idea of the social and economic status of the people. We are not doing this to weaken the country. He said that PM Modi is spreading lies about our manifesto. He says that Congress will get a survey of people’s property done. Taking a jibe at PM Modi, he said that he does not take the name of Ram as much as he abuses Congress.
If we come to power, we will give 10 kg grains instead of 5 kg.
He said that PM Modi says that we are giving free food grains to 80 crore poor people of the country. He did not tell that we brought the food security law. If India coalition government comes, we will give 10 kg of food grains. We have done it in Karnataka, we have done it in Telangana.
BJP’s lies have spread as far as they could.
SP President Akhilesh Yadav said in his address that BJP’s lie has reached as far as it could. India coalition government is going to be formed. June 4 will also be the day of freedom of press. BJP will not be able to win even 140 seats. His chariot is not only stuck but has also sunk. They are trapped in their own negative narrative. Akhilesh Yadav said that the India alliance is winning 79 seats in UP and is in the fight in Kyoto (Kashi). Farmers’ government will be formed on June 4. A government of unemployed youth will be formed.
Akhilesh said – BSP people should not waste their votes.

Congress President said- BJP will not be able to cross 200

BJP is giving slogan of 400 to end reservation
Congress President Kharge said that BJP is giving the slogan of winning 400 seats so that reservation can be abolished. If India coalition government comes, we will increase the reservation limit and continue what is currently there.
