Uttar Pradesh Jal Shakti Minister Swatantra Dev Singh and Minister of State for Cooperation (Independent Charge) JPS Rathore, in a joint press conference at the BJP state headquarters on Friday, termed the Congress manifesto as a bundle of lies. Both the leaders said that Congress only knows how to make announcements. Congress has worked to defame the country through its manifesto. Swatantra Dev said that during the Congress rule, the people got only poverty and misery. Congress always thinks of defaming the country. They call the voting public demons and stand in support of those who are conspiring to break the country. Whatever announcements Congress made, it did not implement them even in its own state. Congress abuses EVMs day and night, while in its manifesto it is talking about conducting elections using EVMs.
Congress leaders themselves do not trust their president Mallikarjun Kharge’s announcement of Rs 1 lakh assistance to women if the government is formed. At the same time, Rahul Gandhi is hesitant in using his flag in the road show because Congress does not have faith in its own party. Congress did injustice to the country for 55 years, they are calling the manifesto as Nyayapatra. BJP brings the manifesto because we know how to fulfill our resolutions. Indi alliance is not getting candidates
Whereas JPS Rathore said that candidates are not being found to contest the Indi alliance. The SP chief is searching for people and getting them tickets. The leaders of the Indi alliance are so afraid of defeat that they are returning their tickets. Even in Khajuraho, SP changed its candidate twice, the person given ticket did not even fill his nomination paper properly due to fear of defeat. Indi alliance changed tickets several times in Bijnor, Rampur, Moradabad, Meerut, Misrikh and Sitapur. In Misrikh, the ticket was changed thrice in the same family. Before accusing the Election Commission, the SP chief should look into his own affairs.
