To make ragi soup, take 2 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp garlic finely chopped, 1 tbsp ginger finely chopped, 1 tbsp celery finely chopped, 1/4 cup onion finely chopped, 1 cup mixed vegetables finely Chopped (you can take any vegetable of your choice) 2 tbsp ragi flour, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tbsp spring onion finely chopped, ½ tsp red chilli flakes, ½ lemon, water as required And take salt as per taste.

To make ragi soup, first put a pan on the gas and add sesame oil to it and heat it. Then put all the vegetables in it and fry for some time. Then take out these vegetables in a bowl and keep them aside. Then put one spoon of sesame oil in the pan and add ginger, garlic and celery to it and sauté it. Then put ragi flour in the pan and add water to it after sauteing it for less than a minute. Also add black pepper powder to it.
