According to this, the person who recites Vedas, Upanishads and Gita during his lifetime and distributes the knowledge gained from it to others, then this debt can be repaid. Apart from this, some measures have been given to repay Rishi loan, which are as follows..
- Make sure to recite Gita every month and keep going to satsangs and religious functions.
- Keep body, mind and home clean and follow good conduct.
- Apply ghee, saffron, bhabhoot and sandalwood tilak on the forehead.
- Offer water to religious plants like Tulsi, Banyan (Vat) and Peepal.
- Respect teachers, parents and elders.
