In such a situation, the demand for many things also increases. In this Sawan, people offer their favorite things to Lord Shiva to please him. So that Lord Shiva can be happy and fulfill his wish.

These days special Rudrabhishek and sweets are offered to the Lord in Shiva temples. In such a situation, the maximum number of sweets offered to Lord Shiva is Imarti. Due to the increase in the demand of Imarti in Sawan, its prices have also increased.

What is the price?
Shopkeeper Zorawar Singh told that Imarti is made from urad dal. It is consumed more in Sawan. Because of this it is made twice a day. Mostly Imarti is made in Sawan. It is available in the market for Rs 400 per kg. At present, 50 kg of Imarti is released daily from a shop.

Shopkeeper Zoravar told that his shop is 40 to 50 years old. They have been making this sweet since 30 years. It is said that Lord Shiva also likes urad dal very much, because of this this sweet is made from urad dal.

Imarti is ready in 4 to 5 hours
Urad dal is soaked for two to three hours. After this, this dal is finely ground. Then whey (mixed) is done by hand. After this it is made from a cloth. Then sugar syrup is added. Cashews, pistachios and saffron are also added to it. It is ready in about 4 to 5 hours.
