The lover couple who ran away from home three days ago in Naugawan Sadat reached the Naugawan Sadat police station. They said that they were adults and wanted to live and die together. They did not listen even after the police tried to convince them. Therefore, the families of both were called. After the consent of both the families, the Nikaah was done sitting in a shop outside the police station. After which the lover couple tied the knot and went home.
A young man and woman from a village in Naugawan Sadat police station area ran away from home three days ago. The two had been in a love affair for about a year. The boy and the woman belonged to different communities, so the family members were against it.
But, the lovers had vowed to live and die together. Hence, both of them ran away from home three days ago. After which the girl’s family searched a lot but could not find any trace of them. The girl’s family decided to take action against the boy.
But, when the lovers got wind of this, they reached Naugaon Sadat police station on Friday. Here they told the police about their love story. The police personnel also tried to make them understand. But they did not listen. After which the police called the families of both to the police station.
The argument went on for a long time in the police station. The families of both started complaining about the social stigma due to being from different communities. But, the lovers threatened to commit suicide if they were not married. After a lot of commotion, finally the families of both agreed for the marriage. After which Maulana was called from Naugawan Sadat town and got the two married sitting at a shop in front of the police station. After this, the lovers happily went home. According to the police, no complaint has been given by either side for any action.
