Here, Bihar government minister and former IPS Acharya Kishore Kunal’s daughter-in-law Shambhavi Chaudhary defeated Bihar government minister Maheshwar Hazari’s son Sunny Hazari by 176315 votes. The country’s youngest MP candidate Shambhavi Chaudhary contested the election for the first time. Rajesh Verma defeated Mahagathbandhan candidate Sanjay Kumar by 122837 votes from Khagaria seat.
