The people of this area are suffering from the problem of floods. The people of the area mostly live abroad. Jam is the biggest issue at Bhola Talkies in the city. At the same time, there are only 0.1 percent ST voters. Their population is approximately 1,749. The number of Muslim voters is about 12.6 percent i.e. 220,482. At the same time, the number of rural voters is approximately 16,63,171 i.e. approximately 95.1 percent. At the same time, the number of urban voters is about 85,694 i.e. about 4.9 percent. There are currently 2,517 booths in the Lok Sabha constituency. In the Lok Sabha elections 2019, 60.9 percent voting was recorded here.
