A woman bank officer in Vibhutikhand area of Lucknow died under suspicious circumstances in her office on Tuesday afternoon. Her brother-in-law has claimed that she died due to illness. However, the police is waiting for the post-mortem report.
Sadaf Fatima (45), a resident of Jeevan Beg Lane in Wazirganj, was working as Assistant Vice President in the telephonic channel of HDFC Bank. She also held the post of Team Manager. On Tuesday morning, she came to the training center in the office and her chamber is on the third floor. At around 1 pm, she reached the cafeteria on the second floor to have lunch with other colleagues. Here she fell unconscious. Colleagues took her to Lohia Hospital. Here the doctor declared her dead. On this, the family and Vibhutikhand police also reached there. Inspector Vibhutikhand Sunil Kumar Singh said that the real cause of death will be clear after the post-mortem report comes. The family has not made any allegations.
Brother-in-law claimed he had blood pressure problem
Brother-in-law Mahzar said that Sadaf had blood pressure. When her health deteriorated three days ago, she was taken to KGMC, where she was discharged after treatment. After three days of leave, she went to the office on Tuesday. He said that all of them were planning to visit Kashmir, when this accident happened.
