Made such Jugaad in tractor, it gives competition to high tech vehicles, works in fields while sitting in AC

Vishal Bhatnagar/Meerut: In the changing times, farmers are now seen working with modern methods by taking the help of technology. A similar scene is also seen in Rajpura village of Meerut. A young farmer here has modified his tractor with AC and remote control. Now he easily does ploughing and other work by sitting in the AC tractor in the fields amidst the scorching heat. Even if he has to go to a relative’s place, he goes in his tractor. To bring the whole story of the AC tractor to you, the team of Local-18 spoke to young farmer Gurdeep.

Cost of modifying a tractor
Young farmer Gurdeep Singh told Local-18 that farmers have to stay in the fields for hours in the sun and humidity for plowing and other works. In such a situation, trees are their only support in the scorching heat. In the rainy season, even trees do not work. Keeping these things in mind, he first got a cabin prepared in his tractor and got AC installed in the same cabin. In this way, this tractor got updated for one lakh rupees.

Gurdeep says that earlier he could drive the tractor for only 5 to 6 hours. Now he has no problem driving it for 12 to 14 hours even in summer, winter and rain. His friends also sit comfortably with him on this tractor now.

Modified it at home by myself
Gurdeep says that he was facing a lot of difficulties in getting AC installed in the tractor. No mechanic knew how to install AC in the tractor. So he called a mechanic from the village itself. After that, he got this AC fitted in the tractor at home itself. He says that from the setting of the AC to where to connect the wires, he also gave complete information about that to the mechanic. After which this tractor could be updated. Now for the last 8 months, he continuously works in the fields with this AC tractor.

I am studying B.Tech in Computer Science
Let us tell you that Gurdeep Singh, who updated the tractor, is studying B.Tech Computer Science and also helps his family in farming. He has changed the image of his tractor by making better use of his studies. Gurdeep says that the youth should also remain connected with the agriculture sector. The youth should make big changes with their studies and talent so that the farmers can also benefit.
