Because, in Mathura too, dosa is made in Madrasi style.

There is a crowd of people eating dosa in Madras Cafe located near Gate No. 1 of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi. The dosa here is so delicious that hundreds of plates are finished in a few hours. An employee named Sachin working at Madras Cafe said that you will get the taste of dosa like the one you get in Madras. The shop is about 40 years old. 200 plates are sold here every day. As soon as the shop opens in the morning, people come here to eat dosa for breakfast. There is a crowd of dosa eaters from morning itself. There are about half a dozen varieties of dosa here. All have different rates. Masala dosa is sold for Rs 80 and plain dosa for Rs 70. Apart from this, they also have paneer dosa available.
The dosa here is awesome
A person named Ravi Tandon, who came to taste the dosa at Madras Cafe, said that the dosa here is amazing and wonderful. They use all the homemade spices to make the dosa. They take care of many things while making the dosa. You will get the same kind of dosa as you order. This is the reason why their shop is crowded.
