Maharashtra Elections: In Maharashtra, three brothers are continuously running the power together, while on the other hand three brothers are in opposition, brotherhood is visible in NDA and MVA. Most of the seats in Vidarbha are important to strengthen the foundation of the government, hence BJP’s Union Minister Amit Shah Has started focusing on Vidarbha.

What is the equation of Vidarbha?
- There are total 62 assembly seats in Vidarbha
- In the 2019 elections, BJP won 29 seats, Congress won 15 seats, Shiv Sena won 4 seats, NCP won 6 seats and Independents won 8 seats.
- Many political equations have changed after 2019. It is reported that assembly seats of Nagpur, Wardha and Buldhana districts have been discussed in Mahavikas Aghadi.
- In the first phase of the meeting regarding Vidarbha seats, there was a rift on a total of 12 seats, out of 12 seats the rift has been resolved and now the Mahavikas Aghadi alliance will again discuss the remaining six seats.
- Some seats are traditionally contested by the Shiv Sena-Thackeray group, which is also claimed by the Congress, while some seats are traditional seats of the Congress.
