Ingredients to make Guava Thandai
Milk – 1 glass
Guava juice – 1/2 glass
Almonds – 1/2 cup
Pistachios – 1/4 cup
Cashew – 1/4 cup
Melon seeds – 1 tbsp (optional)
Cardamom powder – 2 tsp
Black pepper – 1 tsp
Fennel seeds – 1 tsp
Food color – as required (optional)
Ice cubes – 5-6
Guava Thandai Recipe
To make guava thandai, first extract the juice from guava. After this, heat a pan on medium flame and roast almonds in it. When the almonds are roasted, take them out in a bowl and keep them. Similarly, roast cashews and pistachios little by little. After the dry fruits are roasted, put fennel in the pan and fry it lightly and then take it out. Now put cashews, almonds, pistachios, fennel, melon seeds and black pepper in the mixer jar and grind them all well.
Now take out this mixture in a big bowl and add cardamom powder on top and mix it with the help of a spoon. If you want, instead of cardamom powder, you can grind whole cardamom with other ingredients. After this, mix half a glass of milk and half a glass of guava juice in a jug.

After this add 2 spoons of the prepared mixture to the milk and mix it. After this, knead it well with the help of a big spoon. After this, mix food color to give a nice color to thandai.
