2 cups soaked black gram
1 inch ginger
1 teaspoon cumin
6-7 green chillies
2 finely chopped tomatoes
Half bowl finely chopped coriander
1 teaspoon dry mango powder
2 spoon chana masala
2 teaspoons red chili powder
a pinch of asafoetida
half teaspoon turmeric
salt as per taste
half cup oil

How to make black gram
,To make black gram curry, first soak black gram overnight.
,Next morning, wash it with water and cook it in the cooker for 3-4 whistles.
,Put oil in a pan, when the oil becomes hot, add cumin and asafoetida and let it crackle.
,Add finely chopped green chillies and ginger to it and fry it.
