Ingredients for making potato crisps
Potato – 4-5
Cumin – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Red chili – 1/2 tsp
Dry mango – 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Green coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
Kasuri Methi – 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
oil – as required
salt – as per taste

Potato Kurke Recipe
To make crispy potatoes, wash the potatoes with clean water and remove all the dirt from the top. Now cut the potatoes into thin long pieces. After this, finely chop the green coriander as well. Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. After the oil is hot, add whole cumin seeds and asafetida to it and fry for a few seconds. After this, put the cut potato pieces in the pan. Shallow fry them while stirring on medium flame.

Fry the potatoes till they become crisp and light golden in colour. After this add red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt as per taste and mix well. Now cook them while stirring for 3-4 minutes. After this put Kasuri fenugreek and turn off the gas. Now take out the crisp potatoes in a serving bowl and squeeze lemon juice over them and mix them with a spoon. At the end garnish with green coriander leaves and serve crispy potatoes.
