Ingredients to make Mango Flakes Chutney
Raw mangoes – 2
Linseed – 2 tsp
Jaggery – 3 tsp
Cumin – 1 tsp
Ginger – 1 inch piece
Green chili chopped – 1
Black salt – 1 tsp
Mustard oil – 1 tsp
Water – as required

Mango Flakes Chutney Recipe
To make raw mango-linseed chutney full of taste and nutrition, first of all take a pan and keep it on medium flame to heat. When the griddle becomes hot, put flax seeds in it and fry them. Keep in mind that the flax seeds should not burn while roasting. After this, take out the roasted linseed seeds in a bowl. Now take raw mangoes and peel them with the help of a peeler. After this cut your long pieces.

Now put chopped raw mango and roasted linseed in the mixer jar. After this add ginger piece, green chili, cumin, black salt and a little water in the jar and blend. Grind the mixture till it becomes smooth. After that take it out in a big bowl. Now add crushed jaggery to the mixture and mix well. After this add 1 teaspoon mustard oil and mix everything well.
