Ingredients for Masala Paneer
To make three hundred grams of masala paneer, a mixture of 2 liters of milk, 1 teaspoon salt, 3 teaspoons vinegar and 3 teaspoons water, 1 teaspoon chili flakes, 1/2 teaspoon crushed black pepper, 1 green chili finely chopped and 2 Take 1 tbsp chopped green coriander.

First heat the milk and add salt, red chili flakes, black pepper and green chilies to it. After this, let the milk boil and add finely chopped green coriander to it at the end. Now take a mixture of white vinegar and water and add it to the milk little by little and keep stirring continuously. Due to this the milk will start curdling. When the milk curdles properly and the water and chhena start to separate, then take it off the gas. Now take a cloth like Maslan and wet it a little. Then put the curdled milk in this cloth and squeeze it well.

After this, when the water separates from the chhena, then wash it lightly with clean water and keep it pressed with some heavy weight for about half an hour. So that the water gets separated from the chhena. Your colorful soft and spongy Masala Paneer is ready. You can use Masala Paneer to make vegetable, pakoras, paneer bhurji or any other dish of your choice. Also, if you want, you can eat it raw as well.
