Ingredients for making crispy jalebi
Take one and a half cup flour, 1 teaspoon gram flour, half teaspoon citric acid. After this, take 1/4 teaspoon saffron, 2 cups sugar, 1/8 teaspoon cardamom powder. After this, take almond-pistachio pieces and rose petals for garnish. Finally, take oil or ghee for frying.
Easy way to make Jalebi at home
To make crispy jalebi at home, clean your hands thoroughly and mix citric acid and 1 1/4 cup hot water in a bowl. Now add flour and gram flour to the mixture and mix well with hands. After this, cover this mixture with a lid and keep it in a warm place for 6 to 8 hours. Now add saffron and 1 teaspoon hot water in a bowl and mix well. When it is mixed well, keep it aside. When the mixture is ready, add half of the saffron-water mixture to the batter and mix it.
In another way, add sugar and 1 1/3 cup water in a deep non-skid pan and mix well. Now cook it on high flame for about 6-7 minutes. Then add half of the saffron-water mixture to the sugar syrup and mix. After this, take it off and keep it aside.

Now take a wide non-skid pan, heat oil or ghee in it. After this, take 1 glass, keep a piping bag in it. Now keep the prepared mixture in it and cut the small end of the bag. Now pour the mixture in the hot oil in a circular shape. Keep in mind that cook it on medium flame till it becomes golden brown from both sides. Immediately after this, put the jalebis in the prepared mixture. Now take out the jalebis in a tray and garnish them with almond-pistachio pieces. After this you can serve them.
