Ingredients for making Chana Ridge Gourd Vegetable-
– Ridge gourd 2
-Onion 1 small
– 1/2 tomato chopped
-Oil 3 tablespoons
– 1/4 cup chickpeas
– Mustard 1 teaspoon
-Cumin 1 teaspoon
-Curry leaves 5-6
-Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
-Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
-Garam masala 1 teaspoon
-Ginger-garlic paste 1 teaspoon
-Salt to taste
-1 small piece of jaggery (optional)

Recipe for making Chana Ridge Gourd Vegetable-

To make this, first wash and soak the gram lentils.
Then put mustard oil in a pan and heat it.
After this, add mustard, cumin, a pinch of asafoetida, curry leaves and chopped onion and fry it.
Then add ginger-garlic paste and cook it well.
After this, add all the dry spices and chopped tomatoes in it.
Then add red chili powder, garam masala and gram dal in it.
After this, mix it and cook for about 10 minutes.
