Rawa (semolina), dal, chana dal, urad dal, chopped tomato, chopped onion, grated ginger, chopped carrot, green peas, chopped capsicum, fried cashews, curry leaves, asafoetida, green chilies are required to make Rava Upma. Take green coriander leaves, desi ghee, lemon, desi ghee, oil and salt as per taste.

Easy way to make Rava Upma
To make Rava Upma, first cut tomato, green chili, carrot, capsicum, onion and coriander leaves into fine pieces. Now put ghee in a pan and heat it. Now put rava in the pan and fry it for some time. Now fry the semolina for 3-4 minutes till it turns light brown. During this, keep stirring the semolina with a spoon. Now take out the semolina in a plate. Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. After the oil is hot, add mustard seeds, add asafoetida, curry leaves, gram dal, urad dal and fry them all. Now add chopped onions, green chillies and grated ginger to it and mix. After this fry it well.

Now put chopped carrots, capsicum, peas and tomatoes in the pan and let them cook. After it cooks well, add water to it and leave it to boil.
