Gobi Matar Ki Sabji Recipe: Many people do not like to eat all types of vegetables. Many types of people like only a few selected vegetables. But there are some vegetables which everyone likes to eat. One of such vegetables is Aloo Gobi ki Sabzi. Almost everyone would like to eat this vegetable. There is also a special way of making potato and cabbage curry. If it is not prepared properly, there will be something lacking in its taste. Vegetables have a different taste in hotels and dhabas. So letโs make Dhaba style cabbage curry.
Material :
Cauliflower โ 2
Peas โ 1 cup
Tomato โ 2
Ginger โ 2 pieces
Green chilli โ 4
Green Coriander โ 2 tbsp
Turmeric โ 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder โ 2 tsp
Cumin โ 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida โ 2 pinches
Kasuri Methi โ 1 tablespoon
Garam masala โ 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder โ 1 tsp
Oil โ 4 tbsp
Salt โ as per taste
Method :
,First of all, cut the cauliflower into small pieces. After this wash it with clean water.
,Cut tomatoes, green chillies and grind them in a mixer along with ginger.
,Now take a thick bottomed pan, add oil in it and heat it.
,When the oil becomes hot, add cabbage and peas and fry for 2-4 minutes. Add a cup of water in the pan and cook it.
,Keep the gas flame medium and cover it and cook for 5 minutes while stirring occasionally.
,Now take a pan and add some oil in it. When the oil becomes hot, add asafoetida and cumin seeds into it.
, After this, add turmeric, Kasoori fenugreek and coriander powder to it, and after frying the spices, also add red chilli powder to it.
,Now when the masala starts releasing oil, add cabbage and peas to it.
,Add salt as per taste and mix everything. Now cover the pan and cook it well.
,Keep the flame medium and when the cabbage is completely cooked, turn off the gas.
,Now garnish this vegetable with coriander leaves and serve it hot.
Now, your Dhaba style tasty gobi pea curry is ready.
