Method to make dry ginger laddu:
You do not need any expensive ingredients to make dry ginger laddus. This sweet can be prepared with the ingredients available in your kitchen.

Material:
Rice flour: 1 kg
Wheat flour: 1 kg
Dry ginger: 25 grams
Fenugreek: 25 grams
Dry fruits (almonds, cashews, walnuts): 100 grams
Jaggery: 750 grams
Ghee: 1 kg
Turmeric: 2 teaspoons

Method:
First of all, wash and dry 1 kg rice and then fry it in a pan. Grind it in a mixer and make a fine flour.
Add 2 teaspoons turmeric to 100 grams ghee of wheat flour and fry it till golden.
Lightly fry the dry fruits and grind them coarsely in a mixer.
Now mix rice flour, wheat flour, dry ginger, fenugreek and dry fruits in a big vessel.
Heat 1 kg ghee in a pan and add it to the mixture and mix well.
Make Paag (thick syrup) by putting jaggery and a glass of water in a pan. Make sure that the Paag should not be too hard.
Mix Paag in the mixture and make round laddus.
