Ingredients to make Til Bugga
Sesame – 1 cup
Jaggery – 1 cup

How to make Til Bugga
If you want to make Til Bugga i.e. Til Laddu on Lohri, then it can be prepared very easily. To make Til Bugga, first take sesame seeds and put them in a pan and dry roast them on a low flame. These have to be roasted until the sesame seeds swell slightly and their color turns light golden. After this, turn off the gas and let the roasted sesame seeds cool down a bit.

When the sesame remains slightly warm, put it in a mixer jar and grind it coarsely. Keep in mind that sesame should not be ground into powder, but it should be allowed to remain thick and coarse. Take out the ground sesame in a vessel. After this, crush the jaggery or grate it. If you want, you can also grind jaggery coarsely with the help of a food processor.

Now put the ground sesame and jaggery in a vessel and mix both of them well. Keep in mind that it is necessary to mix jaggery and sesame well. After this, tie a bugga i.e. laddu from the prepared mixture and keep it separately in a plate. After preparing sesame bugga from all the mixture, leave them to set for some time. After this, you can also store Til Bugga in an airtight jar.
