60% garlic
40% ginger
one tablespoon oil
one tablespoon vinegar

To make ginger garlic paste, first of all you have to mix garlic and ginger in the right proportion. For this it is better to mix 60% garlic and 40% ginger. After peeling both the things, put them in a mixer jar, now add oil, vinegar and salt and grind them. Keep in mind that you do not have to add water at all.
