Cardamom powder – 1 big pinch
Almonds – 10-12
Pistachios – for garnish

Mango Peda Recipe

To make Mango Peda, first of all, heat 1 tbsp ghee in a heavy bottomed pan on low flame. After this add milk powder, condensed milk in the pan and mix it well. Cook it until you get the consistency of flour. Now take out the mixture in a separate plate. After this add about 2 tbsp ghee in the pan. Along with this, add mango puree, cardamom powder and saffron to it and keep cooking while stirring continuously. Cook the mango puree till it becomes slightly thick. Now put the mixture of milk powder, condensed milk back in the pan and mix it well. Slowly all the ingredients will melt.

Keep cooking it till the mixture thickens and then turn off the gas. After this, take out this mixture in a separate plate and keep it to cool down. Use saffron thread and chopped pistachios for garnish. You can serve it in breakfast or for the sake of relatives.
