Ingredients to make Mango Pudding
Semolina – 1 bowl
Mango pulp – 1 bowl
Chopped dry fruits – 2-3 tbsp
Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
Milk – 1 bowl
Saffron – 10-12 threads
Mango essence – 2-3 drops (optional)
Desi ghee – 1 bowl
Sugar – as needed

Mango Pudding Recipe
To make delicious mango halwa, first choose sweet mangoes. After this, wash the mango and remove its upper peel and take out the pulp of mango in a utensil. Now put desi ghee in a pan and heat it on low flame. When the ghee melts, add semolina to it and fry till it becomes light golden while stirring. After this, put mango pulp in the pan and mix it well with semolina.

After roasting the mixture for some time, add 1 bowl of milk and mix it with a spoon. After this cover the pan and let the mixture cook. Keep stirring it in between. When the mixture becomes thick, add sugar as per taste and mix and let the pudding cook. While the pudding is cooking, take milk in a small bowl and dissolve saffron threads in it.
