Ingredients for making Khaman Dhokla
Gram flour – 2 cups
Curd – 1.5 cup
Green chilies (cut lengthwise) – 6-7
Curry leaves – 10-15
Rai – 1 tsp
Green coriander chopped – 1 cup
Lemon juice – 2 tsp
Baking soda – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
salt – as per taste

How to make Khaman Dhokla
To make Khaman Dhokla full of taste, first take a big bowl and sieve gram flour in it. After this add curd to gram flour and mix. Now add turmeric, 1 teaspoon oil, lemon juice and salt as per taste and mix well. After this, add water little by little and prepare a smooth paste. After the paste is ready, cover it for half an hour and keep it aside.

After the fixed time, keep water in a vessel to heat it. After this, add baking soda to the gram flour solution and whisk it slowly. After this, take a pot for making Dhokla and apply oil inside it with the help of a brush. By applying oil in the utensil, gram flour solution will not stick to the pan. Now put gram flour paste in the pot and cook it in steam of hot water for 15 minutes. After this, check whether the dhokla is cooked well or not by inserting a knife.
