Ingredients for making orange pudding
Orange – 1/2 kg
Milk – 1 liter
Milk Maid – 100 grams
Saffron – 1 pinch
Mawa – 100 grams
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Dry fruits – 2 tbsp
sugar – as per taste

How to make Orange Pudding
To make orange kheer full of taste and nutrition, first cut small pieces of dry fruits. After this, pour milk in a vessel and keep it on medium flame to heat. We have to boil the milk till its quantity remains half. Meanwhile, peel off the orange peel and remove the skin on top of its slices and take out the inside pulp in a vessel.

When the milk boils to half, add milk med and mawa to it and mix and let the milk boil for two more minutes.
