Then add cloves, cardamom pods, cashews and a little salt and cover the vessel and cook for 10 minutes. When the tomatoes become soft properly, turn off the gas and let the mixture cool down. After this, put all the ingredients in a mixer jar and prepare smooth puree and keep it aside in a vessel.
Now put butter and oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. After melting the butter, add bay leaves, cinnamon, green chillies and kasoori fenugreek and fry them. Add finely chopped onion to it for some time and cook till it becomes soft. Then add turmeric, red chili, coriander powder and other spices and mix. When the spices start releasing aroma, add the already prepared puree to it and mix it with a ladle.
