Ingredients to make Oatmeal Casserole
Oatmeal – 1 cup
Tomato chopped – 1/2 cup
Cauliflower chopped – 1/2 cup
Carrot finely chopped – 1/2 cup
Peas – 1/2 cup
Ginger grated – 1 tsp
Green chili chopped – 2
Chopped capsicum – 1/2 cup
Green coriander chopped – 2 tbsp
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida – 2 pinches
Oil – 1 tbsp
salt – as per taste

Oatmeal Casserole Recipe
To make Oatmeal Pulao, first wash the Oatmeal and then put them in the cooker and add water as required. Now add a pinch of salt to the porridge and then cook the porridge by closing the lid. When the porridge is cooked, take it out in a vessel and keep it aside. Now put 1 tbsp oil in a pan and keep it for heating on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, add cumin and asafoetida and fry it.

When cumin seeds start crackling, add finely chopped green chillies and ginger and fry them. During this, keep stirring it with the help of a spoon. Now add finely chopped tomatoes, capsicum, peas, cauliflower and cook it. When all the vegetables start becoming soft, add salt as per taste and mix well. Now let the vegetables cook for 1-2 more minutes. After this put porridge in the pan.
