Potatoes boiled – 3-4
Onion – 1
Cumin powder – 1 pinch
Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
Black salt – 1 pinch
Black pepper – 1 pinch
Tamarind Chutney – 1 tsp
Lemon juice – 1/2 tsp
Red chili – 1/2 tsp
Oil

To make chutney –
Green coriander – 1 cup
Green chili chopped – 1
Black salt – 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice – 1/2 tsp

Potato Chaat Recipe
To make Aloo Chaat, first boil the potatoes and keep them aside to cool down. Meanwhile, take green coriander, clean it and break it and put it in the mixer. Add green chillies and a little black salt to it and grind them. If you want, you can also add one or two spoons of water. After this, take out the chutney in a bowl and add lemon juice and mix it. This will add some sourness to the chutney.

When the potatoes cool down, peel them off and cut them into small pieces. After this, put oil in the pan and heat it on medium flame. After the oil is hot, add potato pieces and deep fry them. When the color of the potatoes turns golden brown, take them out in a plate. After this, add cumin powder, red chili powder, black pepper powder, chaat masala and a little salt to the fried potatoes and mix well.
