Make restaurant style Afghani Paneer this weekend, the whole house will be licking fingers!

Afghani Paneer is mostly available in hotels, perhaps because you do not know its recipe. Now don’t worry about it because we are sharing with you a simple and quick way to make Afghani Paneer.

To make it, these ingredients are needed:
Cheese
freshly ground black pepper
Salt
ginger-garlic paste
coriander leaves
Onion
whole garlic
whole ginger
Green chilly
Curd
Oil
Fenugreek seeds
Cashew
Whole spices – cloves, black pepper, bay leaves

First of all marinate the paneer. For this you will have to cut the cheese into pieces. After this, add salt, black pepper powder, ginger-garlic paste, coriander leaves and oil and mix the cheese well. Now keep the paneer aside to rest for some time.

Now place a pan on the gas and heat it well. Now add oil to it and let it heat. Add finely chopped onion, garlic, ginger and green chillies in hot oil and fry them. After this add cashew nuts and cook this masala well. When everything becomes soft and golden, take it out in a bowl and let it cool.

After this, put the mixture of onion and cashew nuts in the mixer and grind it well. After grinding, add curd to it and grind it again.

Now apply some oil in another flat pan or roasting pan. After heating, put the marinated paneer in the pan and roast it. Keep the paneer pieces in small gaps, otherwise they may stick together. Cook the paneer for about 3-4 minutes.

Take a pan to make gravy. Heat it on gas and add 2 spoons of oil and heat it. After this, add whole spices like black pepper, cloves, cardamom and bay leaves and fry lightly once. After this, add onion and cashew mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes, if the paste does not come out completely then add some water. Add salt, cumin powder and coriander powder to this gravy and mix. Now add paneer and cook for 1 minute. Your Afghani paneer is ready. Serve it with roti or lachha paratha.
