Ingredients to make Sabudana Dosa
Sabudana – 2 bowl
Peanuts – 1 bowl
Paneer – 50 grams
Ginger piece – 1 inch
Green chili – 3-4
Green coriander – 2-3 tbsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 3-4 tbsp
Rock salt – as per taste

How to make Sabudana Dosa
To make delicious and nutritious sago dosa, first clean the sago and soak it in water for 2-3 hours. Take a bowl and grate the paneer in it. After this add black pepper powder and a little rock salt to the paneer, mix and then keep it aside. Now put peanuts in a pan and roast them lightly on low flame.

After this add roasted peanuts, ginger, green chillies and green coriander in the mixer jar and grind them coarsely and then mix green coriander. Now take a big bowl and put soaked sago and peanut-ginger paste in it, mash it well and prepare the batter. Water can be added to the batter as per requirement.

Now keep a nonstick griddle on medium heat for heating. When the griddle becomes hot, put some oil on it and spread it. After this, take sago batter in a bowl and pour it in the center of the griddle and spread it. Roast the dosa for some time and then flip it over. When the dosa turns golden brown, spread the paneer stuffing in the center and close the dosa and take it out on a plate. Similarly prepare all the sabudana dosa. It can be served with coconut chutney.
