Oatmeal – 1 bowl
Potato – 1
Tomato – 1
Onion finely chopped – 1
Carrot chopped – 1/2 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Cauliflower chopped – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
salt – as per taste

Vegetable Porridge Recipe
To make vegetable porridge, first finely chop potatoes, tomatoes, onions, carrots. After this, put oatmeal in a pan and dry roast it on a low flame. Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. After the oil becomes hot, add finely chopped onion to it and fry till it turns light pink while stirring. After this add ginger-garlic paste and sauté it.

Now add turmeric, red chili, garam masala and other things and fry everything for 2-3 minutes. After roasting all the spices, put the chopped vegetables in the pan one by one and fry them. When the potatoes become soft, add roasted oatmeal and 1/2 glass of water to it.
