Boiled potatoes โ€“ 4-5 medium sized
Cumin โ€“ 1 teaspoon
Green chilli โ€“ 2 finely chopped
Ginger โ€“ 1 teaspoon grated
Red chilli powder โ€“ 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder โ€“ 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder โ€“ 1/4 teaspoon
Dry mango powder โ€“ 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala โ€“ 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander โ€“ finely chopped
Oil โ€“ 2 teaspoons
Salt โ€“ as per taste

Method of preparation-
Peel the boiled potatoes and cut them into big pieces. Now heat oil in a pan. As soon as the oil is hot, add cumin seeds to it. When cumin seeds start crackling, add ginger and green chillies and fry them lightly. Now add turmeric, coriander powder, red chilli powder and fry the spices on low flame.

After frying the spices, add chopped potatoes and mix well, so that the spices coat the potatoes well. Now add salt, mango powder and garam masala and fry on medium flame for 5-7 minutes. For garnish, turn off the flame and then add green coriander on top and mix. Spicy and spicy cumin potato is ready. You can serve it with hot paratha, roti or puri. If you want, you can also eat it with curd or pickle.
