To make a cake in a cooker, you must have a cake tin. Before making the cake, put half a cup of salt in the cooker and keep a big plate upside down on it. Preheat the cooker for 10 minutes. Grease the cake tin well with butter or oil. Now place butter paper in it. Grease the top of it with butter as well.

Refined flour – 100 gms
Egg-2
Butter – 50 grams
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Sugar – 100 grams (powdered)
Vanilla essence – 1 teaspoon
How to make a cake in a pressure cooker (Cooker Cake Recipe)
Put baking powder and flour in a bowl and sieve it. Now beat the eggs in a separate bowl. If you have a regular blender then it is good. Add sugar powder in it and beat again for 3-4 minutes. Add vanilla essence to this egg mixture and beat for another minute. Add 50 grams of butter, flour and baking powder mixture and mix. Do not let lumps form. Pour this mixture into the cake tin.
Now place this cake tin comfortably inside the cooker. Put the lid of the cooker on and cook for 10 minutes on high flame. After that cook for another 20 minutes on low-medium flame. Remove the lid of the cooker after thirty minutes. Check with the help of a toothpick whether the cake has become spongy and soft or not. If it is cooked, the toothpick will come out easily. The cake ingredients will not stick to it. Now remove the cake tin from the cooker and gently turn the cake on a plate and remove the butter paper.
