How to Make Roti Garlic Bread
First of all, mix capsicum well with finely chopped corn, cheese, chilli flakes and oregano.
-Then to prepare garlic butter, add melted butter, garlic paste and green coriander as per requirement in a bowl and mix well.
-Now spread the prepared garlic butter on the puffed roti.
– Then add stuffing including capsicum.
Fold the roti in half and then apply garlic butter on a non-stick pan and fry the roti from both sides.
