Ingredients to make Rice Pakora
Cooked rice – 2 cups
Gram flour – 1 cup
Green chili chopped – 1 tsp
Green coriander chopped – 2-3 tbsp
Ginger chopped – 1/2 tsp
Ajwain – 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/4 tsp
Oil – for frying
salt – as per taste

Rice Pakora Recipe
To make pakoras from the remaining rice, first put gram flour in a utensil and add some water to it and mix it well by hand. During this, mash the gram flour and eliminate all the lumps inside it. After this add red chilli powder, celery and salt as per taste to the gram flour, mix well and prepare the solution. Now keep the prepared solution covered for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, finely chop green chillies, coriander leaves and ginger. Now take cooked rice in a bowl and add all these three things to it and mix it well. After this, take a little mixture of rice in hand and first make it round and then flatten it. Similarly prepare rice balls from all the mixture.

Now put oil in a pan and heat it. After the oil is hot, take a ball of rice and dip it in gram flour and put it in the oil, similarly put rice balls one by one according to the capacity of the pan and deep fry them. After frying until golden brown from both the sides, take out the rice fritters in a plate. Similarly deep fry all the pakoras. Now serve the prepared pakoras with green chutney or sauce.
