Leftover potato curry – 1 bowl
Flour – 1 bowl
Ajwain – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/4 tsp
oil – as needed
salt – as per taste

To make paratha from the remaining potato juicy vegetable, first of all take flour in a big plate and add a pinch of salt to it and mix. After this add celery and red chili powder to the flour. Now put the potato curry left over from the night in the flour and mix it well and knead the dough. Keep adding water to the flour slowly according to the need and prepare a soft dough and keep it covered for some time.

After some time take the dough and knead it once more. After this, make balls of equal proportion of the dough and keep one ball on a flat surface and roll it into a round shape. Meanwhile, heat a nonstick pan on the gas. When the griddle becomes hot, put some oil on it and spread it. Now put the rolled paratha on the griddle and roast it for some time.
