Ingredients for Rice Vegetable Chilla
Cooked rice – 1 cup
Semolina – 3 tbsp
Urad dal flour – 1/4 cup
Carrot grated – 1/4 cup
Shredded Cabbage – 1/4 cup
Chopped capsicum – 1/4 cup
Green chili chopped – 2
Green coriander chopped – 2 tbsp
Thick buttermilk – 1 cup
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
oil – as required
salt – as per taste

How to make Rice Vegetable Chilla
To make Rice Vegetable Chilla, first cook the rice and then mash them lightly and put them in a big bowl. Meanwhile, grate cabbage and carrots. Then finely chop green chillies and coriander leaves. Now put all these things in a bowl of mashed rice and mix it well. After this add semolina, urad dal powder, red chilli powder and salt as per taste to the mixture and mix. After this add 1 cup thick buttermilk to the mixture and prepare a thick solution. After the solution is ready, keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Now place a nonstick pan/tawa on medium heat for heating. When the griddle becomes hot, put one or two spoons of oil on it and spread it all around. After this, take the prepared batter in a bowl and put it in the middle of the griddle, spread it in a circular motion and roast it. Flip the cheela after some time and apply oil on the other side. Fry the rice vegetable cheela till it turns golden brown in color from both the sides. After this, take it off in a plate. Similarly prepare all the cheelas one by one.
